We are currently recruiting for a full time Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our skilled Nursing Team in Voorhees, NJ.

Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) has grown into a nationally recognized pediatric specialty care center that offers 119 in-patient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country. VPF continues to be recognized as a leader in pediatric healthcare, and in 2013 VPF received the highest accreditation awarded by The Joint Commission. In addition, VPF has expanded to include The Bancroft School at Voorhees Pediatric Facility, Voorhees Pediatric Facility Medical Daycare, and Voorhees Pediatric Rehabilitation Services (VPRS). As a member of our Pediatric Team, you will be responsible for:
The Nursing Supervisor organizes and directs work on their assigned shift as follows:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ Registered Nurse licensure.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
3. Minimum three (3) years in pediatric nursing experience.
4. Ability to communicate effectively.
5.Prior supervisor/management experience preferred.
